Lead Management System

Set up the Team Onboarding structure on Kajabi.

• The structure will initially be organized into 6 main functions: Admin, Sales, Appointment Setting, Customer Service, Content Team, and Tech Team.

• We’ll also upload any existing onboarding content.

• We’ll give guidance on content we think needs to be produced to fill in any onboarding gaps.

• We’ll setup a team onboarding protocol (e.g. new team welcome email, contracts and payment details, clarity on KPI’s etc)

Setup a lead management system on Smart Sheets

• We’ll set up a system similar to what Adam Flores has where all leads from all sources are tracked in a single place.

• The system will include an overview dashboard reflecting key metrics, including tracking of VA’s KPI’s

• The system will include commission tracking for the VAs

• Training for your team on how to use the system

Fee & Terms

• Terms: 50% deposit upfront and the reminder on delivery.

• The expected timeline for delivery is four weeks from receipt of deposit.
